The large-span cast bed and column ensure optimal machining stability, providing a solid foundation for high-precision operations.

High-speed, High-performance Spindle

Built-in electric spindle with low inertia reaches 8000 RPM in 0.8 sec. Water-cooling minimizes thermal deformation. Optional 12000 RPM direct-drive spindle available.

Integrated Chassis Chip Removal

One-piece chip flushing trough with inclined stainless steel bottom plate optimizes chip removal and prevents water leakage at the source.

Stable Tool Changing

Standard equipped with an air storage tank, ensuring that the machine’s air circuit is not affected by the external air supply, thus enhancing the stability of spindle tool changing.

Full Enclosure Protection

Optimized enclosure prevents oil, water, and chip leakage. Inclined tool magazine protection eases drainage and chip removal, improving machine stability.
