45° Integrated Slant Bed

The 45° integrated slant bed design provides the lathe with high rigidity and high stability, and facilitates easy chip removal. The guideways are hardened and precision-ground, with wear-resistant soft strips applied to the sliding surfaces.

High Rigidity Spindle

Imported bearings with two-point support: double-row cylindrical roller bearings and high-speed thrust angular contact bearings at the front, and double-row cylindrical bearings at the rear. This design ensures strong rigidity for both heavy cutting and precision machining.

Custom Large Tool Disk (Optional Power Turret):

The TC Series comes standard with a 12-position hydraulic turret, suitable for heavy cutting. Equipped with a customized large tool disk

Hydraulic Tailstock

The split tailstock structure allows for convenient and reliable adjustments. The tailstock movement is driven by the carriage, and the quill extension and retraction are hydraulically driven and can be programmatically controlled.
