Integrated Frame

The integrated double column frame structure ensures the entire worktable moves within the frame, providing symmetrical structure, high rigidity, and stable precision.

Built-in Motor Spindle Unit (GUe HS)

The built-in motor spindle is directly driven by an internal motor, achieving “zero transmission.” It features a star-delta automatic switching, providing high torque at low speeds and high power at high speeds.

Small Spindle Head Overhang

The beam section features a stepped structure, with a small overhang from the spindle center to the Z-axis guideway, ensuring good precision stability.

Robotic Tool Magazine (Optional)

An optional 24-tool robotic tool magazine offers smooth operation and fast tool changes, reducing the risk of chips entering the tool holder and enhancing machine stability.

Centralized Maintenance

Pneumatic and lubrication systems are centrally configured externally, making daily observation, management, and maintenance convenient.
